Fort Pepperrell /
Pleasantville
The photos in this Gallery were taken as a special request from members
of my Photo of the Day list who were stationed here during the war and
post-war years. Pleasantville, then known as Fort PEPPERRELL, was
an American military base. People who contacted me say that the
years they spent in St. John's were among the best in their lives.
