On Thursday, November 10, 2005, the
Holyrood Heritage Society held a dinner to honour the veterans of
Conception Bay Centre. Being held in the Year of the Veteran
made this a very special event. Judging from the response,
everyone enjoyed themselves and it was suggested that this become a
yearly event.
